Child's Play DVD Review
DVD Times

Child’s Play could be described as a blue collar horror: its setting is a drab, overcast, everyday Chicago; its lead is a single mom struggling to keep her life afloat; and Chucky only comes into the lives of herself and her six-year old son, Andy, when financial difficulties (not to mention incessant TV advertising) force her to pick up the doll from a backstreet peddler.

Brad Dourif Emmy Nominee for Outstanding Supporting Actor In A Drama Series For Deadwood
MSNBC News

"Deadwood. It's a weird little show in a tough genre...if Brad Dourif gets an Emmy, maybe he can stop doing the voice-overs for the "Chucky" movies. Brad, we're pulling for you."

TV On DVD: Star Trek: Voyager – Season Three – Wasteful But Still Pretty Good
Eclipse Magazine

The third season of “Voyager” got off to a pretty average start with the conclusion of the second-season cliffhanger, “Basics”. The episode killed off Brad Dourif’s intriguing psychopath, Betazoid Ensign Lon Suder; introduced a pretty ho-hum cave-dwelling bogey, and showed the Kazon to have hardly been worth all that bother.

'Deadwood' remains a lively, lurid town
Philadelphia Daily News

...I'll say only that it was one of the more satisfying finales of the spring, with a lovely moment at the very end involving Jewel (Geri Jewell) and Doc Cochran (Brad Dourif), just two of the memorable characters dreamed up by "NYPD Blue" co-creator David Milch.

TV On DVD: Star Trek: Voyager – The Complete Second Season
Eclipse Magazine

...There were a couple of terrific guest-centric eps, as well: “Death Wish”, in which Q [Gerrit Graham] wants to commit suicide, but Q [John DeLancie] won’t let him, and “Meld”, in which Brad Dourif’s character, Suder, commits murder for no good reason and freaks out Mr. Tuvok...

Jennifer Tilly's Seed of Chucky Preview

Jennifer Tilly seems more excited to talk about Seed of Chucky than Home on the Range. She brought it up so much during the interview that it seemed the Chucky comments warranted a separate interview. Of course, Bride of Chucky, in which Tilly played Tiffany, a femme fatale transformed into a killer doll like Chucky, left things open for a sequel, ending with Tiffany giving birth. Seed promises to be even more self-referential, as it is actually about the production of Bride of Chucky, which gets invaded by Chucky, Tiffany and their new child.

Deadwood
The New Republic

The premise is formulated by the basically decent camp doctor, played to near perfection by Brad Dourif. (As the asylum patient Billy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Dourif was the holy autistic outsider who had the power to heal; as "Deadwood"'s doctor, he is the--somewhat--holy, artistic, mysteriously impaired outsider whose power to heal is derived from his inner Billy. Thus do American actors play their larger screen persona and their particular roles simultaneously.) As Dourif's Doc Cochran puts it: "I see as much misery out of them movin' to justify themselves as them that set out to do harm." In other words, "Deadwood" is going to tell human experience like it is: every person a mingled yarn, good and ill, not a black- or white-hatted caricature of pure evil versus pure good.

'Deadwood' comes alive
The New York Daily News

With each new episode of "Deadwood," the lawless mining town of South Dakota becomes bigger and more complex, and its residents more unpredictable and volatile. Sunday marks the eighth of the show's 12 installments - and it's no wonder why HBO has ordered a second season, and why viewers have made it cable's second most popular drama series, behind only "The Sopranos." "Deadwood" has evolved from a promising three-star show to a riveting four-star one. It may be TV's creepiest address since "Oz," but "Deadwood" can stake a very rich claim - as one of the very best shows on TV right now.
